Return policy

In the case that you are not satisfied with supplied goods and you are our final customer (not merchants or wholesalers) you can return them without giving a reason within 14 days from the taking of delivery.

It is sufficient to announce this to the seller on wulflund@gmail.com. The seller will give your money back, however without the postage, as soon as he receives the consignment, under these conditions:

• Goods will be in an undamaged original box.
• Goods will be undamaged and it will be possible to sell them further.
• Goods weren't custom made (for example clothes).
• Your order doesn't have wholesale character.

We recommend you to send it via an insured parcel. We don’t bear responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

Conditions of delivery – order cancel

The seller (Identification Number: 71424598) reserves the right to cancel delivery or to postpone it in the cases that you filled in false or incomplete data. There can be also some rare cases that we are not able to deliver goods (or required amount of goods) that you have ordered. We will immediately consult this situation with the customer via email to find some other solution. The seller can also cancel the order when it is un-ecconomical for us (especially when price-data in our database are wrong).

Wholesale conditions

If you are interested in selling our goods please contact us at wulflund@gmail.com. We have special prices and conditions for wholesale sellers. Prices for wholesale merchants are not well-defined and depend on a quantity, kind of a product, method of payment and delivery.

Shipping

Are letters are shipped via air mail, packages are sent via economical way of the delivery, on your request they can be sent also as priority packages

Duties and taxes, Legality

The recipients from countries other than members of European Union are responsible for the payment of duties, taxes or fees. You have to inform yourself at the customs office in your country.

Our shop offers some products which legality is different in every state or country. It is your duty and responsibility to check all laws that can influence delivery of our goods. Example: replica of sword will be confiscated at the Custom office.

Your duties for the Use of Cold Weapons and other weapons from our shop

It is forbidden to fight with sharp replicas. Your eyes prevent from accident by glasses with a side protection (EN 166). We don't We are not responcilbe of possible injuries with our goods.
