Thracian gladiator helmet
This type of helmet probably evolved from the Phrygian helmet, which became widespread in ancient Greece. However, the model we offer here is generally known from Roman arenas as the typical helmet of Thracian gladiators (Thraex).
This replica is made of high quality steel and decorated with brass elements on the characteristic crest and forehead. The face shield is hinged on three small hinges and secured by a swivel lock. A padded cap is included.
