This Roman cavalry helmet appeared at the beginning of the imperial era. This reconstruction is based on the discovery of a helmet top from Northwich (Cheshire, UK) and cheek flaps found in Gloucester. The replica is decorated with beautiful details, probably depicting a young man with curly hair.
The ornaments on the cheek flaps depict Neptune.
