Thor's Hammer, or Mjöllnir, is the God Thor's magical weapon. The magical hammer is unbreakable, it always hits the target and then comes back to the owner's hand. The hammer flies through the sky in the form of a lightning. The word Mjöllnir means "grinder or crusher". To be able to handle the hammer Thor wears a pair of iron gloves and a strength belt. The mjöllnir amulets were worn by the Norse seamen and warriors.

Freya - a bronze pendant inspired by a find from Revninge, Denmark (9th century). It is quite a recent find from 2014. The body of the figurine is two-dimensional which is often the case, however, the head is very unusual as it is 3D. A small hole through the head shows that this Lady has been worn as a hanging decorative amulet. You can see the original in Vikingemuseet Ladby, Denmark.
