Germanic bone comb
A Germanic beardcomb from the Roman Empire. This authentic replica of a Germanic beard comb made of real bone is based on a find from the excavations at Buch near Berlin.
The Germanic beard comb made of bone dates back to the 2nd century AD, i.e. the Roman Empire.
The beard comb has a small hole in the middle. The bone comb was probably fitted with a ribbon and worn around the neck or attached to a belt. This beard comb is also ideal for Viking reconstructions.
The Germanic beard comb is carefully handcrafted and measures 6 x 3 x 0.8 cm.
