SHIPPING

We use services of couriers (FedEx, DPD) and of the Czech Post.

• Courier (FedEx, DPD) – very fast transport, insurance included, clearing of goods through customs.

• Czech Post – choice of priority or economical shipping, insurance included, cheap shipping costs for small packages.

Please note that while shipping to certain regions outside of the EU, additional shipping rates and fees may apply due to the nature of the goods (fragile, oversized package, etc.). This amount gets calculated while your package is being entered into the carrier’s system. You will be informed about the additional shipping fees before your order is shipped.

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the Czech Republic, please note that your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are requested upon arrival to the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be covered by you, the customer. By placing your order, it is accepted by you that Drakkaria s.r.o. has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be required. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be borne by you, the customer.

Please note that when shipping goods from the Czech Republic, Non-EU shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the Czech Republic, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.

HOW TO PAY

Payment is very easy and we accept most available methods of payment.

A) PayPal – this method we recommend. It is safe and quick. There is a fee of 5% fee that we add to the TOTAL amount of your order.

B) Bank Transfer - when your order is ready, we will send you bank data and you can wire money on our bank account.  We own an EURO account in Sparkasse Bank (Germany), so if you also have EURO acount this method is FREE.  This method is not recommended for payments for small orders from other countries than members of Eurozone because of bank fees that can be quite large.

C) Credit Card Payment – is connected with the method „A“ – Paypal (5% fee). When your order is checked by our workers, we will send you link on our payment gate that will redirect you on offcial webpages of Paypal.com and you can pay there.

Q:How much does shipping cost?
A: Price of shipping depends on weight and destination. The price of shipping of a consignment that you have ordered you can find in the step 2 (after filling shopping cart), you just choose your country and our application tells you how much is.

Q:How long does shipping take?
A: Fastest method is shipping by the courier (it can take approx. one week worldwide). Economical shipping by the Czech post can be applied only for overseas countries and it can take from 3 weeks up to 3 months.

Q:Can I track my order?
A: Yes, packages are trackable and we will send you tracking link after your request.
