Returning goods
Do you need to return purchased goods to us? No problem, undamaged goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
How to return the goods
- Fill in the return form(docx / pdf).
- Pack the parcel securely and enclose the form.
- Send the parcel without cash on delivery.
- We will send the money back within 14 days at the latest.
