We proudly present the official sword inspired by the game Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. This sword represents the union of top-notch craftsmanship and years of experience in history and swordsmithing.
The main connection of this sword to the game Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 can be found in the pommel, where a coin is embedded with the Latin inscription Audentes Fortuna Iuvat, meaning Fortune Favors the Brave, which is the game's main slogan.
A Fusion of Many Crafts
In our Czech workshops, we craft the ⚔ sword INVICTUS with precision and historical authenticity to honor its owner. The sword bears the name Invictus, meaning Undefeated.
Our blacksmiths, grinders, woodworkers, leatherworkers, and coin makers collaborate on the production. Each part of the sword is carefully designed and handcrafted, resulting in an authentic replica of a 15th-century medieval sword.
High-Quality Materials and Craftsmanship
The blade is made from hardened spring steel (54SiCr6, ČSN 14260), hand-ground and polished.
The handle is wrapped with hand-stitched cowhide leather, 1 mm thick, embossed using traditional wet processes.
The core of the handle is wooden.
The guard is hot-forged, ground, and polished.
Full-Tang Construction
Swords produced with this method feature a blade that extends as a single piece through the handle to the pommel, where the tang is peened over. The pommel has a trapezoidal-shaped opening, similar to original finds, adding significant value to this sword. This eliminates the need for historically inaccurate brass welding or additional heat treatments. This manufacturing method ensures consistent and excellent properties along the blade's entire length.
Sword Classification
According to the so-called Oakeshott Typology, this sword corresponds to Type XVI. It serves as a vivid witness to the transition from the High Middle Ages to the Late Middle Ages throughout the 14th century. It was most fashionable in the first half of the 14th century, but it continued to be used throughout the following half-century. As documented by contemporary illuminations, late medieval warriors favored it even in the early 15th century—the era in which the stories of KCD and KCD 2 take place.
Excellent Balance
The sword was balanced in consultation with historians, considering the dimensions of the blade, guard, pommel, and handle. The extended handle allows for a comfortable grip even in plate gloves. The resulting point of balance is approximately 9 cm from the guard, consistent with preserved historical findings.
Gift Packaging and Certificate of Origin
Each sword comes in a gift box adorned with the logos of Warhorse Studios, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, and Wulflund. A precise PUR foam cutout in the packaging protects the product during transport. A certificate of origin and usage instructions are also included.

The sword’s edge is blunt (2 mm) and meets the standards for blunt replicas. The sword is manufactured under the official license of Warhorse Studios for the game Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and is intended as a decorative item. It is not a weapon or toy and must not be used for combat purposes.
