Henry Davell, the last Abbot of Whitby - look in his mirror and... nothing remains but the dark remains of a broken and tortured soul. In 1539, Davell was forced to surrender the abbey to Henry VIII as part of the Dissolution of the Monasteries. The abbot left a confused, broken man with a crushed conscience - he died mad within a year.
