Brass buckle "Scythian Deer"
The buckle is made in the shape of a Scythian deer - one of the mythical symbols of the Scythian tribes that prevailed in the 7th-3rd century BC in the territory of southern and southeastern Ukraine. In Scythian mythology, the stag is a carrier of sexual energy, life-giving power, sublime beauty and immortality, as its massive antlers are renewed every spring like the tree of life. The deer's golden red coat was likened to the sun.
After processing, the buckle is patinated and re-polished.
