A reproduction of a viking strap end. The original belt set was found in 1880 in a burial mound near Gokstad farm, Sandar, Norway. This site was very rich, the uncovered artefacts included tents, horse equipment and ships. It is suggested that this mound belongs to the Norse king Olaf Geirstad-Alf, the King of Vestfold.
