Belaad: Land of scholars and warriors

An original card game from distant Persia with beautiful illustrations. When the vizier's greed, avarice and ambition began to exceed all limits, war broke out. So the vizier planted the seed of revenge in the hearts of the people and waited for it to sprout. In the meantime, the kingdom decided to employ all the scholars in the country to help it accumulate wealth and consolidate its rule, but these scholars might be the only hope of improving the living conditions of the local poor. Thus a deep chasm was created between the kingdom and the people.

Now you can choose. To help, to avenge, or to seek power... which will you choose?

In the board game Belaad: Land of Scholars and Warriors, you will play as either a supporter of the kingdom, the people, or the Hashashin, trying to employ or assassinate as many scholars as possible. To this end, you will engage in competition with other players to earn money, rob your opponents, gather forces and fight.
