Each knife of this type is unique, handmade and with a fixed blade. The blacksmith sharpens and intricately decorates the knife. The shape and length of the blade is chosen so that the knife is easy to fillet.
Our knives are perfectly sharp and made of hardened 54SiCr6 spring steel.
Details and design - our blacksmith decorates the knives with his stamps. Such a knife is then not only a working tool, but also a symbol of an art object.
