Forged snake - pendant.

Hand forged pendant in the shape of a snake made of steel. The shape is created by heating and gradually shaping the metal with a hammer, thanks to which the surface has a natural texture and each piece is slightly different.

The snake is one of the very old symbols. In Celtic culture it was associated with the earth, renewal and life force. It also often appears in association with the god Cernunnos, who was the protector of nature, animals and the backwoods. The serpent here represented the connection between the world of humans and the underworld.

The serpent also had a significant place in Norse Viking mythology - for example, it is reminiscent of the world serpent Jörmungander, a symbol of the power and cyclical nature of the world. Among the Romans, the snake was a sign of protection and healing, and among the Slavs it was seen as a guardian of treasure and protector of the home.

The pendant thus combines the ancient symbolism of strength, change and the cycle of life.
