- Hira Shuriken
Shuriken is a traditional Japanese inconspicuous and popular samurai weapon that was used mainly for throwing and sometimes for stabbing. They served mainly as a supplementary weapon to the commonly used katana (sword) or jari (spear), although they often played a key tactical role in battle. The art of handling and throwing shuriken is called shuriken-jutsu.
