Knight's tent Herold, 4 x 4 m

This medieval tent is an affordable, spacious and functional tent suitable for military camps, medieval fairs or LARP events. It offers enough space for up to 4 people with their equipment and personal belongings. With a generous internal height of approx. 1.90 m on the sides and approx. 3 m in the middle, it provides enough space for tall warriors. The knight's tent is decorated with a border that runs around the entire perimeter. The bottom edge is fitted with an apron to prevent the penetration of wind, dirt and dust. The two separate side walls of the tent meet at the front and rear to form two separate entrances. The tent can also be used as a shelter by simply removing the side walls. The tent is designed without an entrance awning to keep it compact.

The Herold Knight Tent is supplied as a complete set, i.e. including poles and accessories.

The trim is arched, similar to the red and blue variant shown in the pictures.

All dimensions are approximate and may vary from the actual product supplied. The tents are handmade, which gives them an authentic look, but can also lead to minor imperfections. Cotton is a natural material that behaves differently in different outdoor conditions and can shrink or stretch significantly. As a result, the iron rods supplied in the package may not always fit immediately into their intended holes. In some cases, the bars may need to be slightly adjusted to the required length. Do not attempt to forcefully stretch the tent canvas as this increases the risk of tearing the canvas or bursting the seams.

Important information on the assembly, handling and maintenance of our historic tents:

You will prolong the life of your Viking, Roman, Saxon, Knights, medieval tent, trade stand or medieval marketplace and be able to use it for many years if you observe the following precautions:

- Do not overstretch the tension cords, as natural materials such as wood or cotton shrink and stretch under the influence of humidity, which can lead to deformation of the pole holes and an increased risk of water ingress. We recommend loosening the cords slightly in the evening as the humidity rises significantly at night and can increase the strain on the tent. Cords should also be loosened in the event of rain or high humidity.
- If the tent has been exposed to moisture, we strongly recommend drying it after use, otherwise mould may form.
- Never clean the tent with detergents or other cleaning agents. The best way to remove dried dirt is to use a brush.
- If you will be storing the tent for a long time, separate all accessories (pegs, cords, etc.) from the tent itself and ideally pack everything separately. Make sure all items are dry and stored in a dry place.
