Contest rules for the "VESNA, pagan silver pendant with Moldavite"
(hereinafter referred to as "Rules")
A. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
- The promoter of the competition is DRAKKARIA s.r.o. with registered office at Neklanova 145/14, Prague 2, 128 00 VAT ID:CZ03602524 registered under file number C 224873 with the Městský soud v Praze (hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter").
Contact details of the Promoter in relation to the Competition: shop@wulflund.com - The subject of these Rules is to define the conditions under which the contestants may participate in the contest for the VESNA, pagan silver pendant with Moldavite, which is organized by the organizer (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest"), as well as the conditions for the selection of winners and the delivery of the prize by the organizer. By entering the Competition, the Contestant agrees to these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.
- The Promoter hereby declares that:
- the Contest in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram and is in no way connected with Instagram;
- Instagram shall have no rights or obligations to entrants in the Contest.
B. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
- The following conditions must be met to enter the Contest:
- Contestant must be at least 18 years of age on the date of the contest announcement;
- the contestant must have a personal Instagram profile at the time of entry
- comply with the Instagram terms and conditions for the duration of the Contest . - Employees of the Promoter and other persons involved in any way in the Promoter's activities, as well as relatives of persons excluded from participation in the Contest by this Article of the Rules, are excluded from the Contest.
- Participation in the Contest is not conditional on the purchase of goods, services or payment of any other entry fee.
C. CONTEST MECHANICS AND PRIZES
- In order to participate in the Contest, you must complete an entry.

- Like the contest post
- Tag another Instagram profile under the contest entry
- The number of your answers is limited to one - Contestants can enter the contest from the time the post announcing the contest is published until 23:59 CET on June 2, 2024. The winners will be announced by the Promoter on June 3 in a post on the Promoter's instagram profile.
- The Promoter reserves the right to exclude contestants from the Contest:
- who are found or reasonably suspected by the Promoter to be in breach of the rules; or
- do not meet the conditions for participation in the Contest; or
- share vulgar, abusive, racist or otherwise inappropriate statements or posts within the Contest that are contrary to good manners or bring the Promoter into disrepute. - The Contest has one winner who will receive the following prize: a VESNA, pagan silver pendant with Moldavite. The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize in the event that the original prize cannot be delivered to the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter's control.
- Winners will be drawn at random.
- After the winners are announced, that winner will contact the Promoter as follows:
write to him/her in an Instagram message and provide him/her with the details needed to hand over the prize. If the winner does not contact the Promoter in this way within 3 days of the announcement of the competition results, the Promoter will keep the prize. - If the winner declines the prize, the prize will be retained by the Promoter.
- There is no legal claim to the prize. Winners are not entitled to claim any cash or other consideration in lieu of the prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Rules. The Promoter will give reasons for any change to the Rules and will notify competitors in a timely manner in the same manner as the competition was announced.
D. PERSONAL DATA, COPYRIGHT
- By entering the Contest, the Promoter is entitled to process the personal data of the entrants to the extent necessary for the Contest to run in accordance with the Rules, for the winners to be announced and for the prize to be awarded.
- The personal data of the contestants is processed by the Promoter as their controller to the following extent:
- the Promoter is only entitled to process the following personal data of the contestants - name and surname, or Instagram username, email and delivery address and telephone number (for winners);
- the Promoter processes personal data for the purpose of ensuring the conduct, termination and announcement of the competition in accordance with the Rules and for the purpose of subsequent communication with the winners and the delivery of the prize;
- the legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract (or the performance of what the Promoter has committed to in these Rules);
- the Promoter is entitled to process the personal data of the competitors for a maximum of 1 year after the end of the competition, unless a longer processing (storage) period is required by law in a specific case;
- the Promoter is entitled to transfer the personal data of the contestants only to contractual partners who cooperate with the Promoter in the competition, in particular to companies or contractual partners who provide marketing, IT, accounting and legal services for the Promoter;
- the competitor has the right to access, deletion, correction, restriction of processing, portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz), all within the scope of the GDPR.
All communications regarding the protection of personal data, or notifications of violations of rights, should be sent via email to the organizer at: shop@wulflund.com. DRAKKARIA s.r.o. has not appointed a data protection officer within the meaning of Article 37 of the Regulation. - In case the Promoter wishes to use personal data for a purpose other than those stated in these Rules, e.g. to publish the name, surname and photo of the winner on its website, etc., it will ask the specific person for his/her explicit and voluntary consent.
