This two-handed sword is an interpretation of one of the silver swords from the popular The Witcher series. In this game by CD Projekt RED, the Witcher Geralt of Rivia always carries two types of swords: a steel sword for fighting humans and animals and a silver sword that he uses against various monsters.

The most distinctive feature of this sword is probably the decorative motif on the guard. This is based on the Renfri brooch from the first episode of the serial adaptation of The Witcher.

The background of the brooch is based on the series:
The wizard Stregobor attempted to hire Geralt to kill Renfri, believing her to be cursed by the Black Sun and a threat to the entire continent. Renfri, on the other hand, wanted revenge on Stregobor because his actions had robbed her of her original life. She gathered a group of bandits around her and planned to force the wizard to leave his tower through bloodshed among the people of Blaviken.
When Geralt attempted to dissuade Renfri and her retinue from their plan, a fight ensued from which Geralt emerged as the sole survivor. He took Renfri's brooch and attached it to his sword as a reminder not to interfere in human conflicts. From then on, he was known as the Butcher of Blaviken.

The groove of this impressive 420 steel blade is decorated on both sides with a gold inscription. At the end of the blade is the aforementioned decorative element, which flows seamlessly into the guard and, like it, is made of die-cast zinc. The handle is approximately 15 cm long and decorated with a diamond pattern. The whole is completed by a decorated head, also in die-cast zinc. In the scabbard covered with artificial leather, the sword is approximately 117,5 cm long and weighs about 1,75 kg.
