Historical ceramics
Replicas of historical ceramics – Celtic goblets and Roman bowls, early medieval ceramics, Viking and Slavic cups, plates, and jugs. Most ceramic products are fired in an outdoor wood-fired kiln, which is why this type of ceramics is called black or smoked ceramics. This is achieved by filling the kiln with as much wood as possible and sealing the firebox. The smoke and the carbon it contains clog the pores of the ceramics during the reduction firing process, resulting in a black surface. The ceramics are glazed inside and are safe for use. We supply ceramics for museums, historical camping reconstructions, and films or series, such as The Witcher.
