The ceramic mug with the motif of a red chalice is a symbol of faith and courage of the Hussite movement. In the 15th century, the chalice became a sign of equality and freedom - a sign that everyone has the right to receive the sacrament without distinction. The cup thus connects history with the everyday ritual of drinking tea or coffee and brings the spirit of Czech history into the present day.
Made by hand from stoneware fired at 1200 °C, making it durable and suitable for everyday use. The finish gives the mug a pleasant rustic look and highlights the relief of the chalice. The mug is health-safe and can be safely washed in the dishwasher or used in the microwave.
