Knife Steinbit HELLE

Steinbit is a filleting knife with high flexibility and a beautiful handle made of birch root. A great tool to take on any fishing trip - and the perfect gift for the fisherman or fisherwoman who already has everything.

Living on the coast with the North Sea on our doorstep has taught us to know fishing intimately. Steinbit is one of our classic products that has been in production for over 30 years. It was designed to meet all the needs of a functional knife for fishing expeditions - whether on the river, the fjord or far out on the open sea.

The birch root handle is hand sanded to a satin finish to bring out the unique grain of the wood. The long and thin blade is sharpened and polished to a razor edge right out of the box.
