Mead made from honey collected by bees in the Giant Mountains. Mead is produced by natural fermentation of honey. The honey is not cooked, thus preserving all the health benefits of honey. We recommend serving it chilled.

Linden mead is produced by cold fermentation of flower honey and aged in barrels together with herbs. It has a very delicate and unusual taste. It is full of sunshine and pleasant summer aromas.
Mead is only for personal collection at the shop in Prague 2.
