OLYMP - ring with labradorite is inspired by the jewelry of ancient women, which carried more than just a decoration. This jewellery follows the tradition of ancient craftsmanship, where precious stones were set to show off their natural shape and charm. The ring is cast in Ag 925/1000 silver.
It is dominated by a 5x7 mm teardrop-shaped cabochon of labradorite, set so that light can reveal its typical, changing blue glow. It is this cool yet vivid blue that makes it look like a reflection of an ancient sky or the reflected surface of an ancient sea. In antiquity, similar stones were considered to be gateways between worlds - labradorite, with its shimmering brilliance, holds the secret of movement, change and inner maturation.
