Viking Chieftain Boar Tusk Necklace
This impressive pendant, crafted from a carefully selected boar tusk, is inspired by the jewelry worn by prominent men of the Viking Age—chieftains, seasoned warriors, and members of the social elite. The boar held a special place in both Norse and Germanic traditions, symbolizing courage, unmatched strength, endurance, fierce determination, as well as fertility and protection.
Boar tusks were valued not only as hunting trophies but also as protective amulets. They were believed to grant the wearer the strength of the wild boar and provide protection in battle and during long journeys.
