Among all peoples, there are many legends, myths, and rituals that honor this bird. Sometimes, people’s attitudes toward it vary dramatically. The only thing they all have in common is an apparent indifference to its presence. Its deep black color, piercing cry, exceptional intelligence, and unpretentious diet have made this bird the central figure in many myths.
The clasp is cast from brass. After casting, each piece is hand-finished, given a patina, and then polished again. The buckle comes with a brass frame available in two sizes: 38 mm or 45 mm, for attaching to a belt.
