Medieval shield - pavese or also striking shield. These shields are based on shields from the 14th and 15th centuries. It is a defensive device, but equally well these shields were used to lead attacks on the warrior.
Our shields are designed and manufactured for medieval warfare - HMB and buhurts. The edges of the shield are covered with a rawhide border. The shield hold is placed about 10cm from the edge to better protect the hand.
