Metal buckle inspired by Viking originals from the Nordic period. The shape with delicate intertwined motifs follows the classic Borre style ornaments used by the Vikings on belts, buckles and armour. The buckle looks historically faithful, yet is sturdy and functional for everyday use.
The buckle is cast in zinc alloy and finished in an old-world brass look. It weighs approximately 8 g and measures 3 × 3.6 cm. Suitable for belts up to 1,8 cm wide. Suitable for reenactors, historical costumes, but also as an accessory for nature or fantasy fashion.
