During manufacture of this sword from the 10th century, we tried our best to stick to the preserved finding. It is a weapon found in 1874 in Gnezdovo, Russia. The sword belongs to Petersen's type E, which was very popular in the Viking world and today we find it in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Russia, Estonia and Ireland.
