A massive idol of the Slavic God Svantovít. It was originally a wooden idol that was found accidentally in a hollowed-out tree in Wollin, Northern Poland. The amulet has the head of Svanovit depicted on all four sides. The body of the idol of Svantovít is decorated with an embossed texture depicting oak bark, because oak is a sacred tree of the Slavs and not only them.
- Size: 5.3 cm.
- Material: zinc
The Proto-Slavic word "Svet" means POWERFUL or STRONG, not holy. The ending "-Vit" means the word VICTOR, LORD or RULER. Swantovit is therefore a POWERFUL RULER.
