Hand forged sharp Viking axe on wooden handle with etched motif of Vegvisir, Valknut and Nordic style dragon. This axe is not only a decoration, but also a carrier of deep Nordic symbolism. The Vegvisir, known as the "compass of the sailors", was traditionally supposed to protect its bearer from getting lost and guide him through the most difficult path. It is a symbol of the search for the right path, inner strength and perseverance. The valknut, formed by a triple interlaced triangle, is associated with the God Odin and represents courage, honour and the unity of life, death and rebirth.
