Viking iron grill from Mästermyr
Viking fire grill, wrought iron, based on the archaeological find of a grill from Mästermyr on the island of Gotland.
The historic grill is equipped with a ring on all four sides to which the attached chain can be attached. This makes it easy to hang the grill on a tripod above the fireplace.
The grill grate is hand-forged and has the typical rough finish after forging, characteristic of historic ironwork. The dimensions are approximately 45 × 45 cm.
Such a historical grill is an addition to camping equipment for LARP, reenactment and living history - from the Celtic and Roman periods to the Viking Age and the Middle Ages.
This Viking grill is a historical prop, not certified for food contact.
