Set of Nordic runes FUTHARK.
Set of burnt wooden runes in a luxury gift box. Wooden runes with box made of oak wood, which is considered sacred by many cultures. The motifs and runes are embossed, the wood is fired in depth. Due to the different hardness of the winter and summer wood fibers, the firing process achieves a unique texture that is original to each piece. The surface of the box and runes is treated with lacquer.

Futhark runes are an ancient magical tool for divination. It was used by Germanic tribes and is named after the first six runes: F, U, Th, A, R, K. The Futhark has several variants, the most famous being the older Futhark, the younger Futhark and the Anglo-Saxon Futhorc. The history and significance of these runic symbols dates back to the Iron Age, and their use continued during the Middle Ages.
