If you’re looking for a piece of jewelry with a pedigree that has a history in Bohemia, this is the one. The formation of moldavites is linked to a meteorite impact 15 million years ago in the Bavaria region, followed by a meteorite shower; a large portion of them landed in lake regions in southern Bohemia, where we still find them today. They are the most beautiful tektites in the world, distinguished by their green color and surface texture.
