Leather Belt – Trilobite is inspired by one of the most famous Czech trilobites.
The design is based on Paradoxides gracilis, a trilobite species from the Middle Cambrian period that lived more than 500 million years ago. Fossils of this species are best known from the Barrandian region, one of the most important paleontological sites in the Czech Republic.

Trilobites are among the most well-known fossils of the Paleozoic Era. They inhabited ancient seas approximately 520 to 250 million years ago, and their fossils help paleontologists study the evolution of life on Earth.
The buckle is cast from solid brass. After casting, each piece is hand-finished, given a patina, and polished again to highlight its details. Made from genuine cowhide leather.
