Trilobite pendant Paradoxides gracilis inspired by one of the most well-known Czech trilobites. The solid bronze casting captures the characteristic shape of the exoskeleton and segmented body of this prehistoric marine creature. Made using the traditional lost wax casting method, which highlights fine details and the natural texture of the surface.
The design is based on Paradoxides gracilis, a trilobite species from the Middle Cambrian period more than 500 million years old. Fossils of this species are especially associated with the Barrandian area, one of the most important paleontological regions in the Czech Republic.
