This Celtic style bronze bracelet with knots and triskele motif is inspired by the Celtic culture that has been prevalent in Ireland and Brittany for over 2000 years.

A small triskelion is incorporated into the centre of the bracelet. In conjunction with the openwork knots, the Celtic bracelet shows the two basic symbols of Celtic culture - knots and triskelions. Among the Celts, bracelets were widespread as jewellery, along with torqes, and were an important sign of status

The triskel was a widespread symbol among Celtic peoples from the Bronze Age onwards. It stood for life itself and the balance of nature. The triskel symbolised the Trinity, e.g. past, present and future, But also birth, life and death, marking the succession of generations - girl, woman and old woman, boy, youth, man. The triskele symbolized the unity of body, mind and soul, as well as the unity of earth, water and air. In Celtic culture, the triskelion represented eternal cycles - in nature and in human existence.
