Knife Utvær HELLE

Utvær was created in collaboration with Danish knifemaker Jesper Voxnæs, who is known for his durable and beautifully designed knives. This model was developed in response to the need for a more robust field knife with a modern concept.

The Utvær is a knife with a full tang construction, ready to handle the demands of traditional bushcraft. The Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel blade with a classic Scandinavian cut offers exceptional durability, yet is thin enough to cut well even with fine carving. Two rivets firmly fix the hand-cut birch root handle, complete with layers of vulcanised fibre. The extended end of the handle is designed for rougher tasks.

In 2021, the Utvær received an upgraded, deeper sheath made of high-quality genuine leather. The knife itself is sized as a medium model, and the handle is ideal for smaller to medium hands.
